Assemblage Workshop （工作教室）

Planning to have a workshop on assemblages during the ongoing exhibition in Sapporo.

今回の展示会期間中に工作教室を開いてみたら？と提案され、お題を考えてみました。カーテンランナー・結束バンド・ビーズで誰にでも3分で作れる虫。どうかな？

Rooster

Two types of clip hooks have turned into a rooster fluttering its wings.  2種類のクリップフックを使い、羽ばたく雄鶏を作ってみました。

Chameleon

A clip hook looked to me like the head of a chameleon. クリップフックがカメレオンの頭に見えました。

And this is what I've come up with.　そして結果がこれ。

Being a drummer myself, I would say that no drummer has influenced me more than Harvey Mason, especially his legendary performance in Herbie Hancock’s “Chameleon.”　ドラマーの端くれとして、ハービー・メイソンほど僕に影響を与えたドラマーはいないと思います。特に、今や伝説となったハービー・ハンコックの「カメレオン」での彼のプレイは衝撃でした。
